Archive Tab

The Archive tab is used when searching for previous patient data from a previous visit. Each patient's data history is saved and viewable from a single review window. To access the Archive Tab select the Archive Tab on the left side of the screen. 

Navigating The Archive Tab

When navigating the Archive Tab, users are able to select any time range, or custom select dates using the calendar or search bar function. As well as filter data by Facility/Unit.

Information Included In Archive Tab:

  • Patient name
  • Patient ID
  • Diagnosis
  • Date/Time In
  • Date/Time Out
  • Device 
  • Unit
  • Spacelabs Encounter ID

Reviewing In The Archive Tab

To review the data from a specific patient select the review button located on the right hand side of the screen. 

When clicking on the review button the patients dashboard should display.
