Notifications with Response – Guide

Navigating to the Notifications with Response Section

To access the Notifications with Response section, begin by selecting the Mobile module on the left side of the screen in the navigation menu. The Notifications with Response section will appear as the third section from the top. Click the upward facing arrow on the right to expand the window.

Notifications With Response Graph

The Notifications With Response graph is a combination bar and line graph detailing the total number of distinct notifications sent, and of those sent, how many notifications had any type of response entered during the selected reporting period. The data is displayed month by month for the reporting period selected along the x- axis. The blue bars reflect the number of notifications delivered. The black horizontal trend line with the data points is the percentage of notifications that had any response entered for the month, while the green trend line represents the average percentage of notifications that has a response entered over the specified reporting period.

The graph has two y-axes: the count of notifications labeled 'Notifications' on the left and the percent of notifications with a response labeled 'Percent' on the right. Hovering over a data point or bar on the graph will present a tooltip detailing the month/year within the reporting period, the 'Total Notifications' value, the 'Percent of Notifications With Response' percentage, and the 'Average Percent Notification With Response for Reporting Period' percentage for the data point/bar selected.

Notifications With Response: Review Activities and Actions

The Notifications With Response: Review Activities and Actions graph is a stacked bar graph detailing the total number of notifications with Review Activity responses and total number of notifications with action responses entered during the selected reporting period. If a notification contains responses for both Review Activities and actions, it is only counted in the action segment. The data is displayed month by month for the reporting period selected along the x-axis. The Y-axis, labeled 'Number of Notifications', reflects the volume of the notifications with a response segmented by 'Action' and 'Review Activity'.

Hovering over a bar segment on the graph will present a tooltip detailing the month/year within the reporting period, the 'Total Notifications' value, the 'Percent of Notifications With Response' percentage, and the 'Average Percent Notification with Response for Reporting Period' percentage for the bar segment selected.

Notifications With Response: Warning Level

The Notifications With Response: Warning Level graph is a stacked bar graph detailing the total number of notifications with responses by warning level:

M- Medium warning
H- HIgh warning
VH- Very high warning
