Daily Rounding Report – Guide

Daily Rounding Report Tab

The Daily Rounding report can be found under the Clinical Insights tab. This report provides detailed information on discharge reviews for patients who were previously monitored with SafeNSound. It tracks various metrics including rhythm interpretation, alarms, flagged events, and the duration of monitoring. To examine the data for each of these items, simply select the Review button.

The left side of the screen shows the patient's name and bed number, along with associated rhythm interpretations. On the right side, the following information is displayed:

Patient monitoring order
Order status
Patient diagnosis
Total number of saved events over the patients stay
Total number of general alarms over the patients stay
Total number of limit alarms over the patients stay
Combined total of general and limit alarms for the patient
Patient's length of stay in days

On the far left, users can select the Review button to access the patient's full dashboard.

Within the Daily Rounding report, users can sort by the unit/facility and utilize the search functionality and PDF download button, which are located at the top right of the screen.
