Where to Find Updates:

All updates and announcements related to Spacelabs Cloud Services will be published on PortalONE under the announcements topic found here: help.spacelabs.com. This centralized hub serves as a valuable resource for our users, offering detailed information about new features, enhancements, and any necessary updates. Each announcement will also include valuable information such a rollback plans and expected downtime.

All system status information can be found at the top of PortalONE or by going directly to status.spacelabs.com. Subscribe to both PortalONE Announcement pages by clicking "Follow" under the appropriate system, and by clicking on the "Subscribe to Updates" for our Status Page to receive all the latest information. 

Dedicated Platform : For our dedicated platform customers, simply reach out to our DevOps team via email at [e-mail] and request an upgrade to the latest released software. Please remember to provide us with a few dates that would work for your organization.  Alternatively, our Customer Success team will notify you directly to schedule the update, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

Community Platform: For our community platform customers, you will receive update notifications through status.spacelabs.com. This dedicated platform will provide essential information about upcoming updates at least 14 days in advance. This lead time allows you to plan accordingly, ensuring a smooth transition without unexpected disruptions.
