Watchlist
Patients who need to be closely monitored can be added to a user’s Watchlist. Each Watchlist is respective to an end user and persists with a purposeful log out from the application and session timeouts.
Accessing the Watchlist
The Watchlist is accessible from the footer navigation menu by tapping the “eye” icon on the right-hand side. Viewing the Watchlist showcases patient cards mimicking all the encounter specific details from the Patients screen for the logged in user’s respective Watchlist. The default Watchlist sort is based on most recent warning time. When a patient is discharged, they will automatically be removed from the Watchlist.
Adding to and Removing from the Watchlist
A patient can be added to an end user’s Watchlist by swiping left on the patient’s card within the “Patients” or “Warnings” screens, then selecting the “Add to Watchlist” option. The Watchlist “eye” icon will be added to the patient’s card, indicating the patient has been added to the Watchlist.
To remove a patient from the Watchlist, swipe left on the patient’s card on the “Patients”, “Warnings”, or “Watchlist” screens and select the “Remove from Watchlist” option. The Watchlist “eye” icon will be removed from the patient’s card, indicating the patient has been removed from the Watchlist. If the user is on the Watchlist screen while performing the “Remove from Watchlist” action, the list will immediately update to reflect that the patient has been removed from the list.
The end user can also add and remove patients to the Watchlist from the Patient Specific View screen via the Watchlist toggle button. Please refer to the Patient Specific View section for more information on this functionality.
