How do I check available-to-promise (ATP) inventory?

ATP (Available-to-Promise) is the quantity of product that can be committed to a new order.

In SAP:

  1. Use the item number to search the Material Master.

  2. Review the ATP tab for real-time availability.

  3. Confirm whether the requested order quantity can be met.

  • “What’s the ATP for MNS9245?”

  • “Can we fulfill 90 cases of DYNJAA10963?”
