How do I find the ETA for an item in transit?

The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is based on carrier tracking updates and SAP shipping data.

In SAP:

  1. Enter the sales order or item number.

  2. Open the Delivery tab.

  3. Review the Scheduled Delivery Date field.
