How do I verify that a shipment has been delivered?

Delivery confirmation comes from carrier scans.

In SAP:

  1. Open the order delivery record.

  2. Check for the Delivery Complete status.

  3. Review the Proof of Delivery (POD) if attached.

👉 Ask Kit:

  • “Has the HUD order been delivered?”

  • “Was the MNS9245 shipment received?”

Kit will confirm delivery and, if available, provide the POD details.
