How do I know if an item can ship partial vs. full case?

Some items can be shipped in partial cases; others require full case quantities.

In SAP:

  1. Look up the item in the Material Master.

  2. Review the Minimum Order Quantity field.

  3. If the minimum = 1, partials are allowed. If the minimum = case qty, full case only.
