How do I check pallet vs. case shipment status?

Orders may ship as full pallets or individual cases depending on size.

In SAP:

  1. Open the Delivery tab.

  2. Look for the Handling Unit Type field (Pallet or Case).

👉 Ask Kit:

  • “Is the 90cs shipment going as pallet or case?”

  • “What’s the handling unit for DYNJ61663B?”

Kit confirms shipment type and handling notes.
