How do I confirm proof of delivery (POD)?

POD confirms the customer received the shipment.

In SAP:

1. Open the Delivery tab.

2. Look for Delivery Complete and attached POD file.

👉 Ask Kit:

• “Give me the POD for order 450021982.”

• “Was the HUD order signed for?”

Kit retrieves POD details and provides confirmation.
